As an aspiring designer, gain invaluable practical experience with us! Expand and deepen your existing skills through a six-month intensive program of learning and doing, ideally leading to a permanent position.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Corporate design & brand development
• Creation of print media such as menus, magazines, flyers, banners, letterheads, etc.
• Conception and design of digital communication tools
• Effectively implementing and communicating ideas through drafts, final artwork, layouts, etc.
• Independent idea and campaign realization

Your profile:

• Completed degree or graduates looking to make their mark in the profession
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs [e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator]
• Good English and excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Out-of-the-box thinking
• High-quality standards
• Creativity, a wealth of ideas, and creative lateral thinking

Your tasks:

• Search engine optimization of customer websites and stores
• Responsible for managing strategic and operational SEO activities
• Implementation of online marketing campaigns (SEA/Google Ads, newsletters, social ads and more)
• Development in terms of future trends and proactive integration
• Participation in idea and campaign development

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of “digital media” or comparable training
• At least 2 years of professional experience in SEO/ SEA at agency level
• Very good language skills in German (native speaker level)
• Know-how in social ads
• Confident handling of monitoring and performance tools
• Analytical and simple way of working and proactive solution finding paired with initiative and quality work
• “Out of the box” thinking
• Continuous growth of own skills and abilities and structured work
• Drive to learn new processes and techniques with an eye to the future
